Literature Review Matrix uses your package credits: 1 credit per successful PDF summary or comparison, synthesis, or gap analysis. Literature outline guidance and draft feedback also use 1 credit per successful request. Keyword search and reference imports use no AI credits. Writing, saving, systematic review tracking, PRISMA diagrams and exports are free.

Key questions
How do payment and account delivery work?
Enter your name and email, choose a package, scan or download the QRIS code on your order page, check merchant ARTHA VISTARA, DIGITAL & KREATIF, enter the exact amount, and upload JPG, PNG, or PDF proof (up to 5 MB). An administrator checks the received funds. After approval, your username and initial password are sent from vistaracendekia@gmail.com. Save your private order link to check its status.
What is included in DAESSIE Starter?
Starter costs Rp50.000 and includes 10 analysis credits, valid for 3 months from administrator payment approval. It gives access to all four research modules; audio transcription requires Plus. Starter is available once per email and account. Unused credits expire when account access expires. A credit follows the cost of each feature; 10 credits do not mean 10 complete research projects.
Are all four research areas available?
Yes. Research Search Engine, Literature Review Matrix, Systematic Review & PRISMA, and Qualitative Data Analysis are available. The writing area within Literature Review Matrix saves your draft and supports outline guidance and synthesis feedback. Systematic Review records searches, decisions and counts, with SVG and print/PDF flow export. An administrator sets up the two review workspaces once after upgrading.
Can I search for studies by keywords?
Yes. Research Search Engine connects to Crossref for focused title and phrase matching and optionally OpenAlex for Boolean search, year/type filters and open-access filtering. OpenAlex needs administrator configuration. Search uses no OpenAI credits; source quotas apply. Import selected metadata into your review projects. Up to 200 results can be loaded per search session; this is a subset, not a complete systematic search. Original PDFs are not stored.
Does Literature Review Matrix require an article library?
Original PDFs are not stored. DAESSIE saves structured summaries, short quotes with page numbers, and analytical notes to the researcher account. Review summaries before analysis. PDFs must contain selectable text and be no larger than 15 MB or 40 pages. Candidate gaps are limited to the selected studies and require checking against wider literature.
Does DAESSIE replace the researcher?
No. DAESSIE provides analytical suggestions. Researchers must check excerpts, accept or reject codes, interpret findings, and take responsibility for their research methods.
Is this a full commercial release?
DAESSIE is offered as Founding Researcher Early Access. Users can access available features and contribute feedback for product development.
What can I upload?
Use anonymized research data and ensure you have appropriate consent or permission to process it. Avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive identifiers.
Can DAESSIE analyze audio?
Yes. Plus can convert interview audio into a transcript and speaker script. Transcription currently uses analysis credits; automatic tracking and enforcement of minutes are not yet available.
What is the difference between content analysis and thematic analysis?
Content analysis supports categories, codes, frequencies, and proportions. Thematic analysis examines patterns of meaning and themes. Both require researcher review and interpretation.
Are projects saved automatically?
Literature Review Matrix saves projects, the study matrix, successful PDF drafts, and analytical results to your account. Save your form corrections explicitly. Qualitative Analysis projects and results are not stored permanently; export before leaving.
