1. Purchase and sign in

  1. Choose Starter, Basic or Plus and enter your name and active email address.
  2. Scan or download the original QRIS image on your private order page. Check the merchant ARTHA VISTARA, DIGITAL & KREATIF (your app may show Artha Vistara), enter the exact order amount and complete payment.
  3. Upload JPG, PNG or PDF payment proof (maximum 5 MB). Bookmark your private order link.
  4. An administrator checks the received merchant payment and approves the order. Your username and initial password are sent from vistaracendekia@gmail.com.
  5. Sign in and change your initial password. Your package starts when payment is approved, rather than when the order is submitted.

Each package purchase currently creates a separate researcher account. Top-ups add credits to the active account you are signed into.

2. DAESSIE Starter

Rp50.000 · 10 analysis credits · 3 months
A one-time introductory package, checked by email and account. Access includes all four modules. Audio transcription is not included.

Unused credits become unavailable when account access expires. Top-ups add credits but do not extend the account expiry date. Each AI feature follows its stated credit cost; 10 credits do not represent 10 complete research projects.

3. Research Search Engine

Enter a topic or quoted phrase. Focused title search keeps required terms together and excludes matches based only on journal names. Crossref is available without an API key; OpenAlex requires administrator configuration.

Select View article or click the DOI to open the article. Without a DOI, DAESSIE uses an available article website link. Download PDF appears only if the source supplies a PDF URL. The publisher controls full-text access and whether a PDF opens or downloads.

Select results and import references into a saved matrix, writing project or systematic review. Search and reference imports do not use AI credits. Metadata alone does not establish study findings. Up to 200 source records can be inspected per search session; the results are not an exhaustive systematic search.

4. Literature Review Matrix

  1. Create a project with a research focus.
  2. Add studies manually or process a queue of up to 10 PDFs. Each PDF must have selectable text, be at most 15 MB, and contain at most 40 pages. Scans need OCR first.
  3. Check the reference, objective, methods, sample, findings and limitations. Review source quotes and page numbers, correct the summary, and mark it reviewed.
  4. Select 2–20 reviewed studies for comparison, literature synthesis or candidate research gaps. Each successful operation uses 1 credit.

A successful PDF summary uses 1 credit. The same PDF in the same project is not charged again. DAESSIE stores summaries and notes rather than an article library of original PDFs. Candidate gaps reflect the selected studies; check wider literature before claiming novelty.

Writing & Synthesis Feedback

Open the writing area from the matrix or sidebar. Enter a research question and your own draft, separating paragraphs with a blank line. Select Evaluate synthesis for an overall assessment and up to 10 representative paragraph comments, with exact excerpts and revision questions.

Feedback reviews whether the writing is descriptive or builds synthesis; it does not verify study findings or references. References are optional for feedback. Suggest outline uses supplied sources. Each successful request costs 1 credit; failed requests are refunded. Feedback does not overwrite the draft. Save your project and export your notes.

5. Systematic Review & PRISMA

Record the protocol, inclusion and exclusion criteria, search log, screening decisions and synthesis methods. Reconcile identification, duplicate, screening and inclusion counts, then export the flow diagram as SVG or print/save as PDF.

Review counts and decisions yourself. This workspace documents a review; it does not automatically retrieve all articles, assess study quality or perform a meta-analysis. Manual tracking and PRISMA exports do not use AI credits.

6. Qualitative Data Analysis

Import text, DOCX or selectable-text PDF sources. Choose thematic, content or theory-guided analysis. Inspect suggested categories and codes, check exact supporting excerpts, and accept or reject suggestions. Explore word patterns, source comparisons and coded-data visualizations.

Plus accounts can transcribe supported audio to a transcript and speaker script. Transcription currently uses analysis credits. Automatic cumulative minute enforcement is not yet available.

Export qualitative results before leaving. This workspace does not permanently store qualitative projects and results. Review projects and writing drafts can be saved to your account.

7. Academic Writing Tools

Open Academic Writing Tools from the dashboard, sidebar or literature writing area.

Academic Paraphraser · 1 credit per successful revision

  1. Paste your own draft (50–6,000 characters), or import TXT, MD, DOCX or selectable-text PDF.
  2. Choose Academic paraphrase, Improve clarity or Make concise.
  3. Review the revised text alongside the original. Check meaning, hedging, technical terms, names and citations. Numbers, recognized parenthetical/numeric citations and direct quotations are protected by validation.
  4. Copy or export the original and revision. If a request fails, the credit is refunded. A repeated request with the same identifier is not charged twice.

Your original draft is not stored by this tool. Up to 10 successful revised outputs are available in Recent revisions for 7 days. Older outputs are removed on your next use. Export both versions before leaving. Source Comparison does not use the paraphraser unless you explicitly request a revision.

Source Comparison · free

Paste a draft (up to 20,000 characters) and 1–5 sources (up to 50,000 characters each). Import TXT, MD, DOCX or selectable-text PDF locally in your browser. Files must be at most 15 MB and PDFs at most 40 pages; scanned PDFs need OCR first. A file that exceeds the text limit is rejected rather than silently truncated.

The report highlights shared sequences of at least five words and shows matching draft/source excerpts. Overall coverage counts a draft word once even if it matches several sources. Source percentages may overlap and should not be added. Examples show up to 20 matching sequences per source while coverage includes all detected sequences.

This is a comparison with supplied sources, not a search of internet or publication databases. It does not detect semantic paraphrases or AI authorship and does not determine plagiarism. Quotations, citations and common wording can legitimately match. No Turnitin/iThenticate score is claimed. Draft/source contents for this comparison stay in the browser. Export a report before leaving; it is not saved to your account.

8. Credits, privacy and support

Manual editing, search, reference imports and review exports do not use AI credits. Read the displayed cost before running AI assistance. Remove personal identifiers and use research material you have permission to process. Review all AI suggestions before reporting findings.

For account or payment support, email vistaracendekia@gmail.com with your order number. Never send your password or private research data in a support message.
